It's fairly simple. Just click/touch and drag the map around to find the closet public toilet to you.
To add a missing public toilet to the map, sign in with Google, then click or tap to on the location of the public toilet.
A little box will show asking if you'd like to add a public toilet to the clicked/touched location. Click Add and complete the form.
Done! Hopefully you'll also be helping others with the addition.
